What it does.

Virtual candidates debate from explicit kernels so ideology and tradeoffs become inspectable.

Debate sessions, candidate responses, critique metadata, and trust surfaces can be reviewed.

The observatory is education, not endorsement, donation, real-candidate mapping, or an election platform.
